Description

The Legend of Kitchen Soldier follows Kang Seong Jae, who enlists in the army to escape a harsh reality after his father's death, quickly becoming a problem soldier. His life changes dramatically when a mysterious virtual Quest screen appears, challenging him to become an army cook. As he accepts these culinary quests, Seong Jae awakens the "Eyes of the Chef," transforming him into the base's ace cook. Yet, these cooking challenges hide a deeper purpose. With every quest he clears, Seong Jae uncovers hidden base secrets and a dark web of military corruption, even finding connections to his father's tragic death. He crosses paths with Yun Dong Hyeon, a senior sergeant and terrible army cook, initially annoyed by Seong Jae. Despite his reluctance, Dong Hyeon finds himself helping Seong Jae navigate the complex military world and clear his unusual quests, as they delve into the base's shadowed past.
